1. Service Overview

Guidia is a mobile application that allows users to explore tourist points of interest on a map.

Users may:

• Browse points of interest for free without an account
• Purchase a time-limited access pass (1 month or 1 year)
• Listen to audio tours while access is active

The purchase is not a recurring subscription and never renews automatically.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

We collect only the minimum data required to operate the service:

• Email address (required to create an account and activate access)

Accounts are created automatically after the first purchase and authentication is passwordless using the provided email address.

We do not collect:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Payment card information
• Identity documents
• Personal profile data

Subscriptions are processed exclusively through In-App Purchases provided by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
We never receive or store payment credentials.

2.2 Automatically generated data

When using the app, limited technical information may be generated automatically:

• Device type
• Operating system
• App version
• Anonymous usage events (for service functionality)

This data cannot be used to identify a person.

2.3 Location

The app may request location permission only to center the map around the user.
We do not store or track location history.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information strictly to operate the service:
