By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Guidia provides:

  • Free map browsing of tourist locations
  • Paid access to audio tours

Access requires purchasing a time-limited access pass.

2. Access Pass (Purchase)

The purchase grants a non-recurring license for either:

  • 1 month
  • 1 year

Conditions:

  • Not a subscription
  • No automatic renewal
  • Must be repurchased after expiration

Subscriptions are processed exclusively through In-App Purchases provided by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Refunds follow applicable store or payment provider policies.

3. Account Requirements

An account is created automatically upon the first successful purchase of access and cannot be created otherwise.

Authentication is passwordless and performed via email-based access.

Users are responsible for maintaining control of their email access.

4. License

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal use.

You may not:

  • Copy audio content
  • Redistribute tours
  • Reverse engineer the service
  • Scrape data

All content remains property of Lited Technologies LLC.

5. Availability

We do not guarantee uptime.

We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers including hosting, database, or the Apple App Store or Google Play Store In-App Purchase systems.

6. Informational Nature

Tourist information is for general guidance only.
Users are responsible for their own decisions and safety.

7. Termination

We may suspend access in cases of abuse or system manipulation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lited Technologies LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of data or profits
  • Travel incidents
  • Third-party outages
  • Inaccurate information

Service is provided “as is”.

9. Changes to Service

We may modify features or pricing at any time.
Purchased access periods remain valid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
